FAQ
Where do you ship to?
We are based out of California and ship to customers throughout the state. We can ship to other states in the US, but are limited to laws regarding mailed items. Not sure about your state? Contact us at service@gohalara.com to confirm.
Do you have shipping requirements?
We advise our customers to be ready to prove their identity/age and to provide a signature for any packages received from our store. Sorry – just following the rules!
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our products and offer a limited warranty for products that have failures or major issues. In our experience, most customer issues are resolved via troubleshooting and diagnostics. Have an issue with your product? Reach out to us via our contact form.
What products do you sell via this website?
We only sell legal products via this site. This includes apparel, accessories, tech and branded merch.
FYI – Our c*nnabis products are ONLY available via licensed retailers in the state of California. End of story – anything else is likely a scam!
How quickly do items ship after I order?
We process all orders Monday – Friday. Typically orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days. All orders are processed out of our HQ in Northern California. We provide email confirmations and receipts along the way to keep you up to date on the status. Question regarding your order?
